The fragrances are developed and produced in France.

Each fragrance is produced at "Extrait de Parfum" quality, meaning a concentraction of >20%. We want to ensure that the ingredients and overall quality of the perfumes are as best as possible.

Each fragrance that is produced by us is limited to a certain number of pieces. Once these pieces are sold out, the fragrance will not be re-produced. If something sells out, it is gone forever.

For each fragrance, we collaborate with artists around the world. The artists create exclusive artworks for us which will be placed on our bottles. The artworks are always an extenstion of the idea/theme of the perfume creation.

We currently do not have a process for re-fills. In case you have purchased a fragrance and need a re-fill, contact us and we will look for a solution.

Yes, we do accept returns as long as the packaging box is in its original state. For this reason, we always add a testing kit. You can test the fragrance and decide if you want to keep it or return it to us. Check out our return policy below for more details.

Yes, we currently ship within the EU.

It depends on where you are. Most international shipments take 3 to 4 business days via DHL Express. As we produce and customize each fragrance for you, we might need an additional production time. You should expect your package in 5 to 7 business days.
